your Authentic American Goulash Recipe

Try this, brown your onion, then add paprika. In another pan, cut up the beef (add a little salt) and boil for a few minutes. just the get rid of all that nasty foam. Remove from heat , wash, get rid of all the foam. Now then if you are cooking porkolt... add the meat to the onions, add a cabana pepper cut in chunks, perhaps a 1/2 tsp for caraway seed. salt. pepper, Then when the meat when almost done add the potatoe wedges and cook until done.******************If you make soup, start out the same way, brown onion , cook the beef, wash it off. add washed beef to the onions, add water add the cut up carrots, cook about 15 minutes, taste the carrot (should be 1/2 cooked), then add the celery, add more water if needed) another 15, then the parley root, don't forget the salt and pepper.and then the cut up potatoes, last of all add the dumplings, (made with eggs, salt and flour) drop into soup by tsp amd cook till done. Another tip, good for either is (since the beef I use is so lean, the food will be FLAT) I ask for knuckel bones, on nice size knuckekl per pot, it makes a difference.

Actually it kinda sucked - my insurance wouldn't cover it since it was hit & run. I was only able to sell the thing for about $500 and I had to pay for another car out of pocket. It's so frustrating because I drive less than 3,000 miles a year - just when Nagymama has an emergency. Everything else is mass transit. We never did find the person that did it - poo head.

We have the same birthday! Yes, I know, that's what I focus in on on this whole post, but I can't help it. :) I hope you were able to get a replacement car without any trouble!
